Bissell Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters Reduced Adoption Fees July 6th-July 31st, 2023

UPDATE: We adopted out 65 cats and 20 dogs!!! Thank you to our adopters, staff, volunteers, and the Bissell Pet Foundation for making this possible!

We are partnering with BISSELL Pet Foundation during their Empty the Shelters event to offer reduced adoption fees of $50 for all dogs 6 months and older as well as $25 for all cats/kittens. BONUS: adopt a second cat/kitten for FREE.  The BPF Empty the Shelters reduced adoption event runs from July 6th-July 31st, 2023. We will be open for extended hours on Sunday, July 9th from 12:00 – 3:00 pm for adoptions only.

We are at critical capacity with 227 pets in our care, more than double our daily average of 110.  New pets become available for adoption each day so visit our adoptable pets tab Adopt – Franklin County Humane Society (fchsmo.org) or stop by our shelter to meet your new best buddy!  Adult Cats housed at Petco and PetSmart in Washington, MO, and Petsense in Sullivan MO, are eligible for the $50 reduced adoption fees.  Adult Cats and Dogs housed at Purina Farms in Gray Summit, MO are also eligible for this reduced adoption fee event.
