We are partnering with BISSELL Pet Foundation during their Empty the Shelters event to offer all dogs 6 months and older at reduced adoption fee of $50. All cats/kittens will be offered for adoption at a reduced fee of only $25… BONUS: Adopt a cat/kitten adoption at the reduced fee of $25 and get the second one for FREE. The BPF Empty the Shelters reduced adoption fee event runs from October 1-15, 2024. We will be open for extended hours on Sunday, October 13th from 12:00 – 3:00 pm for adoptions ONLY.
We are at critical capacity. New pets become available for adoption each day so visit our adoptable pets tab Adopt – Franklin County Humane Society (fchsmo.org) or stop by our shelter to meet your new best buddy! Adult Cats housed at Petco and PetSmart in Washington, MO, and Petsense in Sullivan MO, are eligible for the $25 reduced adoption fees. Adult Cats and Dogs housed at Purina Farms in Gray Summit, MO are also eligible for this reduced adoption fee event.
We have volunteers heading to PetSmarts Washington Wednesday Oct 2nd and Thursday Oct 3rd from 4:30- 7pm.
