Ways Kids Can Help

Have a lemonade stand with proceeds going to the lost and homeless pets of FCHS.

Get your friends together and have a newspaper party! You can help the animals by unfolding papers for the puppies. By you doing this, the staff is able to spend more time caring for the animals.

Participate in our Summer Reading Program. We have teamed with Union Scenic Regional Library for a Read to Pets Program! Help pets by socializing with them, and earn a special badge for the Animal Category in your Reading Program. On Thursdays from 1:00-3:00pm, children can come to the shelter and read to pets! A parent or someone of 16 must accompany the child. For more information or to try to schedule a different time, please call Paige at 314-808-0004.
